New Section (iPhone) coming soon !
This week we are going to start working on a new section: All-About-iPhone 3G (sorry 1st gen iPhone owners). This section is going to cover some of the features, shortcuts and tutorials about using your iPhone to its fullest capacity. If you haven’t jailbroken your device – you do not know the full potential of the iPhone 3G. For example, do a quick search on Snapture, the camera application that puts the default app to shame (sorry Apple, I love you, but you had a year to do this). 1 or 3 shot burst, color/bw choice, timer are just some of the options that Snapture gives you for FREE. This alone is reason enough to jailbreak your shiny new iPhone. Fortunately there are 100’s of other reasons too.

CCNA Tutorial starts this week (9-1-08)
Since all three members of the LANverse.com Team hold full-time jobs (with some of us working overtime as well) it’s been a while since the Cisco CCNA Tutorial page has been updated, but here comes good news !
Starting this week we are going to concentrate on getting through and finishing the entire tutorial. In the first week we are going to cover the topic of how to start with simulators and equipment. Some of the questions we will answer will include:
- how to buy Cisco routers and switches on E-Bay
- which router and switch models are covered on the CCNA 640-802 exam
- IOS basics
- CCNA simulators
