I cleaned up the article and posted nice 1440 x 900 screen shots for you guys. Nice clear HUGE pictures, wow that’s nice.
Well have fun creating your own custom Ringtones without the need for a third party website, or a paid utility.
This is a great free, fast, and friendly way. (Not sure if friendly fits, but for the sake of “illiteration” i put it in.)

Customizing iPhone/iPod touch section up!
I know when the app Customize was pronounced dead we all cried and mourned. Well, now that we have parted with Customize and are using Winterboard as a substitute for custom themes and icons, there is still no app out to Customize your System Strings.
Tired of seeing “Slide to Unlock” or “Missed Call”? Well follow the instructions in the new Customizing your iPhone/iPod touch Part 1 section!
Also coming soon is Custom Ringtones, Custom System Sounds (sms, mail, voicemail, dialer buttons, etc), Custom wall papers, custom icons, and finally how to put them together for use with WinterBoard to be able to switch the themes on and off!

New Section (iPhone) coming soon !
This week we are going to start working on a new section: All-About-iPhone 3G (sorry 1st gen iPhone owners). This section is going to cover some of the features, shortcuts and tutorials about using your iPhone to its fullest capacity. If you haven’t jailbroken your device – you do not know the full potential of the iPhone 3G. For example, do a quick search on Snapture, the camera application that puts the default app to shame (sorry Apple, I love you, but you had a year to do this). 1 or 3 shot burst, color/bw choice, timer are just some of the options that Snapture gives you for FREE. This alone is reason enough to jailbreak your shiny new iPhone. Fortunately there are 100’s of other reasons too.
